|This book is set up more as a reference guide than to have readers read it cover to cover. It is divided nicely into different categories and indexed real well for quick reference. There are lots of health tips as well important information on recognizing diseases or other health issues. The contributors to this book read like a "who's who" from the medical field. I feel it is an important book to keep on hand for when I have questions I need answered.|
